1. Your name & full contact details.
2. The band/musician/DJ(s) of interest (or just give eras/genres etc if unsure).
3. All relevant dates & timings.
4. Location & access details.
5. Any details of budget constraints.
6. Any other services needed (see "Other Services" tab above).

Booking Guidelines

• To book a band simply call or email our team who will be happy to guide you through the procedure. Once availability has been confirmed we will post or email the contract to you and the chosen band. Please sign the contract and post it back to us or just reply to the email. A 25% deposit is usually required and the booking is confirmed once you've returned the contract and paid the deposit. The outstanding balance is then normally due 7 days prior to the event.
• Quotes refer to hire period of around 6 hrs and a performance time of 3 hrs maximum. If you require a band to be set up long before they are due to perform, perform for longer or finish after 12am, then an extra hourly charge will be quoted.
• You must please give us full details of the venue and details of any access restrictions. Some bands may wish to charge more if the performance is, for instance, on the 2nd floor with no lift.
• Please also remember in some cases you may be obliged to offer each of the band members a meal. Often they travel a long way to play and by the time they have set up there is not enough time to go out and get food elsewhere. In addition to this soft drinks for each of the members should be provided if possible.
• A suitable changing area with a lockable door is important - somewhere large enough for the band to change and lock valuables whilst they perform. This aspect may be less important for small ensembles/bands but should always be taken into account.
• It may be vital that parking is available. Bands, especially larger ones, often arrive with several vehicles or even a van with a trailer. Please take this into account and allow suitable space and access for their arrival.
• PA’s and normal equipment are usually included in the price, but lower end prices may be available if they are not required. Additional specialist equipment may be provided on request but this will also have to be included in the quote.
• When making a booking please try to select 2 or 3 bands of preference as we can’t always guarantee availability during peak periods.
